All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. No hold, no reservations.
SEALED PRODUCTS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (with a receipt). It must also be in the original packaging.
If the item(s) are purchased through a 3rd party platform such as TCGplayer, Ebay, or Amazon, then the returns must be conducted via the return processes on the respective platform.
All sales including TCG Singles for any game / product are considered FINAL sales and are exempt from our return policy.
ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
No refunds for tracked orders showing as 'delivered' or 'received'.

TRADES / BUYS
All trades are final. No exchange, no refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at levelup.ontario@gmail.com.
SHIPPING FEES
$1.99 CANADA POST REGULAR MAIL: Orders shipped by plain white envelope through Canada Post regular mail: No coverage or insurance. Buyer assumes all risks.
Delivery delay is 3-15 business days depending on the location.
$9.99 /$12.99 TRACKED SHIPPING: Orders with tracking and/or with insurance will be shipped via our mail carrier Chit Chats. Delivery delay is 3-9 business days depending on the location.
$19.99 CANADA POST EXPRESS POST: Orders will be shipped via Canada Post Express Post only. Delivery delay is usually 2-3 business days.
Pick-Up In Store: You may pick-up your order once you have received the confirmation email. Any order placed with the pick-up option to avoid shipping fees will be cancelled.
